Conditions of sale

Quantum Ecoelec products are covered by a full 1 year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by misuse or damage caused by using the product other than for it's intended purpose. Products must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the appliance.

Any guarantee supplied will be rendered invalid if the product is damaged during repair by any party other than any Quantum Ecoelec nominated service personnel. The guarantee only applies to the original buyer. Quantum Ecoelec disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

If you have any problems with your product, please contact our customer service team on 01704-551912 quoting the model number and serial number of your product. If the product needs repair or servicing we will issue a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) so the unit can be returned to us for inspection and repair if required. We cannot accept receipt of any products without a valid RAN authorisation. If after inspection we are unable to repair the product, we will replace it with an identical product, or if that is not possible, one of a higher specification.

The guarantee is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.
